The Limits of Longing is Will's second solo album and features new arrangements of four traditional folk songs and tunes in addition to eight of his own compositions. It was recorded between February and September 2022, during a period when the world, still emerging from the global pandemic of Coronavirus, was beset by fresh political, economic and societal turmoil. The opening song, A rare beauty (click on the soundbar below to hear it) was inspired by the words of Rainer M Rilke's poem Go to the limits of your longing.
